The warp knitting as an important branch in the knitting industry,expanding in recent years,is one of the fastest growing industries in the textile industry.High-speed is the main direction of the development of warp,but with the improvement of warp knitting machine weaving speed,movement coordination of knitting institutions in knitting process and formation dynamics problems is more prominent,resulting in motion stability of warp knitting machine is not high.Knitting institutions is the key components in the process of warp knitting machine,high speed,and high precision requirement,which requires the vibration of the forming process to be small.This article mainly through the establishment of a dynamic model of knitting institutions of warp knitting machine,and then carries on the modeling and simulation research.The article is based on the analysis of the knitting institutions' struction and principle,use KED analytical method to analyze the elastic dynamics property of knitting institutions;Based on Solid Works solid modeling technology and ANSYS motion simulation technology,research on modeling and simulation of knitting institutions;Using high-speed photography technology analyze motion process of the knitting institutions,combined with Matlab data processing function,obtain the displacement,velocity and acceleration curve.The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis of the knitting institutions.provide theoretical basis for optimization design of knitting institutions.Paper main research content includes:(1)The article is based on the analysis of the knitting institutions' structure and principle,using the method of vector analyze the motion of the knitting institutions,get the law of motion,analyzed the relationships of the movement between the slot needle,the core the sinker and the comb,calculated key technology points and motion parameters of each mechanism,in order to provide accurate data for subsequent modeling and simulation research.Main technical parameters are as follows: slot needle's maximum displacement is 13.75 mm,needle core's maximum displacement is 7.23 mm,sinker's maximum displacement is 33 mm,thread strippingcomb's maximum displacement is 8.4mm.(2)The article studied electronic shogging mechanism structure,basic principle,through the force analysis of the shogging mechanism,research the modeling of the shogging mechanism,analyzed the influence factors of stable operation,(3)For the high speed movement situation,warp knitting machine knitting mechanism will produce a certain amount of plastic deformation,which reduces the stability of the motion,this article using the elastic dynamic analysis method to analyze knitting linkage mechanism.Established the dynamic model of high-speed warp knitting machine knitting institutions,provides the theoretical basis for the modeling research.(4)The article is based on the analysis of elastic dynamics of the mechanism,using bottom-up Solid Works modeling method for modeling into a circle of institutions,achieve the slot needle link mechanism,the core pin link mechanism,sinker link mechanism and the bar-link mechanism modeling,then import model into ANSYS,through the definition of the structure parameters and the setting of the grid,combined with the dynamic response analysis method,the motion of the knitting institutions is simulated,and the motion curve of the mechanism is obtained,that is,displacement,velocity and acceleration curve.Slot needle's maximum speed is2.756m/s,maximum acceleration is-407.68m/s2;needle core's maximum speed is 2.243m/s,maximum acceleration is-323.34m/s2;thread stripping comb's maximum speed is 2.542m/s,maximum acceleration is-308.54m/s2.(5)Using high-speed photography technology and image processing technology,get into knitting institutions of displacement,velocity and acceleration motion curve.By comparing with the ANSYS simulation curve to prove the validity of the knitting mechanism modeling research.The article through high-speed warp knitting machine knitting institutions' s knitting technology and dynamics research,realized the modeling and simulation of mathematical knitting institutions,accurately reflect the situation of high-speed warp knitting machine movement knitting institutions,provides research ideas for knitting institutions optimization design of warp knitting machine.
