This research focuses on the beater-parts of two kinds of textile machinery, one is the beating machine which applicable to long-staple cotton from CHTC HI-TECH Heavy Industry CO.,LTD., another is the high yield Axi-flo cleaner from Qingdao Textile Machinery Co., Ltd.This article has introduced the developing direction of blowing carding technology of domestic and foreign in recent years as a reference, with combination of two machines mentioned above as a sample, through the engineering mechanics, fluid mechanics and the existing spinning theory as basis, using kinds of CAE and CFD software to build the models, and analysis the fluid situation, stress and strain, so that the designing of these two machines can meet the requirements of the opening, cleaning and cotton flow delivery.This research focuses on aspects below:1) Analysis the fluid of two kinds of beater chambers and the cotton flow channel to determine its rationality, and to improve the design of channel structure;2) Researching for the form and the density of needles of the beaters in order to reduce the damage of fiber and the situation of winding beaters.3) Researching for the wilder improved designing of Axi-flo cleaner, and checking the improved effect.4) Researching for force of the beater, and performing finite element analysis for it. After a series of the simulation analysis, this paper obtained the following results:1) Verified the designing of dedusting edge-noil baffle, and the controllability of noil quantity;2) Analysis of the fluid of cleaner beater chambers, and improve designing for the parts which unreasonable, by adding a baffle to rectifier;3) Analysis of the fluid of Axi-flo cleaner. Verified the broad improvement can improve the yield, and improve the cleaning effect. |
