Within cooled twist drill that made in Japan, Germany, Sweden and otherWestern industrialized countries have good success, domestic tool manufacturersto produce most of the twist drill for external cooling structure, resulting in highcutting temperature, volleyball scrap, bit wear, short life and a range ofissues.Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education Science and Technologyresearch project internally-cooled double-helix structure of hole twist drills,parametric design, finite element stress analysis, a more systematic theoreticstudy.This article first analyzes the structure of the within-cooled double-helixtwist drill bit, and comprehensive analysis of the double helix hole processingtechnology and combined with the actual production, cooled twist drill within theproduction process, and to produce experimental samples.Secondly, a mathematical model within the cooled double helix twist drill,parametric modeling and the UG, UG comes secondary to develop softwareinternally cooled twist drill for secondary development to achieve UG interface,as long as the modified twist drill size parameters can be rapid reconstruction ofthe model, greatly reducing the workload of design, improve design efficiency.Finally, the use of the ABAQUS internally cooled twist drill statics of finiteelement analysis, cooled twist drill of the stress-strain moirédiagram drawn twistdrill deformation and major wear and tear damage area, and the twist drill modalanalysis, the twist drill natural frequencies and vibration characteristics.
