Dyeing and Finishing Textile Industry is a traditional and sunrise pillarindustry. However, there is high-energy consumption, water consumption andpollutant emissions from the industry. Its energy consumption accounts for4.4%of the total industry, accounting for8.5%of water consumption. Pollutionemission is also the first five industrial sectors, which has been as key pollutingindustries.State requirements of the industry become more stringent energyconservation. During the12thfive-year plan period (2011-2015), thecomprehensive work plans on energy conservation and emission reduction fordyeing and finishing textile industry have been issued by the state council ofchina, which include the discharge standards of water pollutants, the technicalspecification of water pollutants, the dyeing industry access conditions, theoutline of scientific and technological progress. These plans provide for thedevelopment of recycling economy, energy reduction, promoting industry fordyeing and finishing textile industry.In this paper, application of environment operation technology in printingand dyeing industry includes as follows:(1) the production process, rawmaterials, material balance and water balance analysis;(2) Business pollutantslink analysis;(3) dyeing industry clean production technologies;(4) pollutantcontrol technology ends;(5) environment impact assessment.The results showed that the cleaner production as the core of the printingindustry operating environment projects in line with national and local policiesrelated industries, environmental policy requirements, in line with industryaccess conditions; engineering technology environmental protection measurestaken, reliable, economical feasible, various pollutants emission concentrations,emissions are able to meet the appropriate standards.
