The finished product oil depot project, PengZhou belongs to the industrial projects, industrial projects’construction scope is small, time is limited, directly on the outside world ecological impact is relatively small; Petroleum, petrochemical projects, in particular, its construction process in the construction period is directly related to the run-time of environmental effect, once environment pollution occurs during the run-time, it is difficult to govern pollutant, harmfulness is great, and have a greater risk of environment.This paper is based on CNPC SiChuan sales branch finished product oil depot,PengZhou and the engineering construction, further analyzing that the environment supervision in engineering construction faces many problems, such as not clear legal status of environmental supervision, lack of technical specifications, at the same time the author as a worker of environmental supervision into the construction site, to inspect the environmental protection project design documents for verification, to conduct environmental supervision during the construction work, mainly including the pollution of the environment supervision during construction period, the pollutant discharge of standard supervision, environmental protection engineering and facilities of environmental supervision and so on. Among them, measures of the groundwater pollution control are the main content of environmental supervision, involved which is seepage control engineering in the project. Timely detection of the environmental pollution problems in engineering practice, and then on the basis of environmental supervision work methods, ways and procedures to solve the problems, authoring log, patrol record, records of environment supervision, collecting project information, then making environmental supervision monthly report; In this paper the author investigated field analyzed construction records, analyzing that environmental supervision in the project play a positive role effect, for example, environmental supervision on pollutant emission control played a positive role during the construction, supervising environmental protection facilities for effective implementation of the "three simultaneity" system. Finally, taking the project of the finished product oil depot, PengZhou for example, to summarize environmental supervision of the finished product oil depot project, PengZhou, giving some advice about healthy development of the environmental supervision. Including a clear legal status, standard environmental supervision management system, strengthen environmental monitoring and so on.
