Paper mill waste water has the following characteristics: wastewater generated by the high concentration of suspended solid, and higher concentrations of organic matter. Moreover, the emissions without treated will seriously affect the human health, endanger agricultural and industrial production, and pollute natural water. Hence, it is necessary to carry out comprehensive treatment of sewage, and ensure it to reach the state emission standardsIn this paper, Guangdong, a large paper mill wastewater treatment project as a case.Through the internal circulation reactor with the SCADA system application.Thus a variety of decentralized wastewater treatment field control system and enterprise management applications erected between a smooth data bridge.This paper systematically introduces the sewage treatment process and the internal circulation reactor principle, designed based on the SIEMENS S7-300series PLC embodiment of a sewage treatment. Introduction sewage treatment plant monitoring system data collection methods, developed a control scheme. Programming base on WINCC and STEP7software, and developed application modulesAt last, we give some evaluation and analysis on the actual implementation of the project.
