Apart from karst environment system, karst groundwater is the key research object for the karst environment science. Because the karst groundwater environment has the characteristic of vulnerability and also the natural limit and excessive discharge of polluted waste in the course of industrial and agricultural production and irrational use of land in karst area, the karst groundwater environment suffered great damage, which makes our country and other countries in the world faced with groundwater environmental damage in karst area. So we need to research the effect of karst groundwater environment mechanism, performance characteristics, evaluation method and index system, which is of great theoretical significance and applicative value in terms of karst groundwater environment evaluation and ecological environment construction in karst area.Karst groundwater environment evaluation is the analysis of the changes in evaluating index of karst groundwater environment in order to dynamically evaluate the karst groundwater environment, to discover karst groundwater environment pollution and to take corresponding prevention measures duly. First of all, we arrange and analyze hydrological data, meteorological data and geological data from2013to2014, reinvestigate and draw the snow jade cave hydrological geological map and land use map. On this basis, we establish Geodatabase, SQL Server database and karst groundwater environment evaluation database for snow jade cave. Secondly, based on the grey evaluation model of water quality, we introduce the maximum entropy principle of information theory, establish the grey evaluation model of karst groundwater quality and karst groundwater environment which can meet the karst groundwater environment evaluation, and evaluate karst groundwater environment and karst groundwater quality. Finally, we use GIS as the technology platform and use Visual Studio2010as the development environment, and develop the karst groundwater environment evaluation system that is based on GIS. The system combines the environment evaluation model and GIS, which provides the integrative and visualized technical platform for karst groundwater environment evaluation work.This research uses the Earth System Science, methods of spatial analysis, information theory and computer technology, and on the basis of karst groundwater environment evaluation database, which is supported by the groundwater environment evaluation model system, and by means of GIS technology. After the research and development of the karst groundwater environment evaluation system, we have obtained the following research results:(1) By introducing the grey evaluation model based on Entropy, we calculate the karst groundwater environment and karst groundwater quality quantitatively, and discover two calculation results have positive correlation. It follows that we can evaluate karst groundwater environment through karst groundwater environment impact factors, but also evaluate karst groundwater quality, and evaluate karst groundwater environment indirectly. It has universal applicability and is the grey evaluation model of water quality which is based on the Entropy and can be used in multiple evaluation field, such as evaluation of water quality and environment evaluation.(2) To establish a database of karst groundwater environment evaluation system which is based on Access and SQL Server includes the GIS database, environment information database and management database. GIS database is mainly used to store the GIS spatial data and to attribute data associated with them, environmental information database is mainly used to store karst groundwater environmental monitoring data, management database is mainly used to store user information and the log information.(3) Based on database technology, karst groundwater environment evaluation model and computer technology, we develop the karst groundwater environment evaluation system. The system implements the function of management, inquiry, analysis, index and expression, and seamlessly integrated karst groundwater environmental assessment model and GIS platform, solves the intelligent evaluation problem which in traditional karst groundwater environmental information system, advances the efficiency and accuracy of karst groundwater environment evaluation and information management, provides reasonable and effective technical support for karst groundwater environment evaluation.
