Study On The Supervision And Administration Of Production Safety Administration

The problem of safety production is more and more important as the economy ofChina developing. To ensure people’s life and asset safe, it is necessary to regulationsafety production by government. In this paper, the research will be based on SafetyProduction Regulation Model of Chinese government by using public administration.Through explaining regulation, government regulation, safety productionregulation, safety production industrial regulation and safety production generalregulation, current Safety Production Regulation System in China will be researched byqualitative method.In addition, some problems, which are difficult to be managed by the Departmentof Safety Production Regulation in China, are also try to be solved by researching therelationship between general regulation and industrial supervision, the position ofdepartment responsibilities and safety regulation.According to the history of safety production in China and the experience of safetyproduction regulation in developed countries, the target of analysis is to make somemeasures, such as developing the regulation of safety production regulation and thespecific ability of government’s supervisor, improving policies of departments, makingfull use of safety technology, classifying enterprises to supervise and reinforcing grassroots of safety production, to improve safety production regulation system in China.
