The Study Of Safety Production Regulation Model In China

The problem of safety production is more and more important as the economy of China developing. To ensure people's life and asset safe, it is necessary to regulation safety production by government. In this paper, the research will be based on Safety Production Regulation Model of Chinese government by using public administration.Through explaining regulation, government regulation, safety production regulation, safety production industrial regulation and safety production general regulation, current Safety Production Regulation System in China will be researched by qualitative method. In China, safety production is supervised by government. In addition, some problems, which are difficult to be managed by the Department of Safety Production Regulation in China, are also try to be solved by researching the relationship between general regulation and industrial supervision, the position of department responsibilities and safety regulation. According to the history of safety production in China and the experience of safety production regulation in developed countries, the target of analysis is to make some measures, such as developing the regulation of safety production regulation and the specific ability of government's supervisor, improving policies of departments, making full use of safety technology, classifying enterprises to supervise and reinforcing grass roots of safety production, to improve safety production regulation system in China.
