By simulating conditions to test the filter resistance to oxidation and hydrolysis resistance, a new test system FY1601was designed. The draft "filter material high temperature oxidation and hydrolysis performance test method" was drafted.During the development of the instrument, experienced design drawings, parts selection, steam boiler design, cabinet heating improvements, condensing design stage. Then completed a trial run test instruments, the choice of PET, aramid1313, P84, etc. acupuncture filter hydrolysis tests carried out, the choice of two PPS filter were resistant to oxidation test, and added a solution of PPS and P84filter immersion test, soaking solution as sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide. Analysis of changes in strength specimen after the test filter, the filter of PPS oxidation test, when the test time is less than24h, the test temperature is lower than150℃, PPS fibers are oxidized thinning filter by entanglement of the fibers closer and strong increases, but with the extension of the test of time, temperature, the filter strength decreases when the temperature reaches200℃, test, PPS filter will be completely damaged and the strength can not be tested. Hydrolysis of P84filter test, the test temperature is280℃, the test time was72h, the filter is not completely fail, MD direction strength retention was82.3%, CD direction strength retention was79.5%, indicating that the apparatus steam temperature hydrolysis test the choice needs to be improved. The results showed that the developed instrument can effectively simulate the oxidation and hydrolysis reaction conditions to accelerate the filter, the test method has a certain practicality drafting, but need a lot of testing on the basis of continuous improvement and improved.
