The low-percent methanol gasoline blends has higher Reid saturated vapor than gasoline.Gasoline with the saturated vapor pressure of about60kPa, pure methanol is about32kPa, but when the low-percent (not greater than20%) blend with gasoline, thevapor pressure will rising more than10kPa.The reason is low-percent of methanol gasoline blends has high volatile.The problem of low-percent methanol gasoline blends saturation vapor pressure higher than gasoline will cause many problems,such as:(1)The fault in the process of gas station refueling tanker;(2)Leading a difficult car engine starting;(3)The evaporation loss of light component during the transport process;(4)The volatilization of methanol, small molecule hydrocarbons and aromatic compounds such as toluene which will causeenvironmental pollution damage and harm human body health.These reasons to a certain extent hindered the promotion of the industrialization of the methanol gasoline.Thispaper invertigation the volatile component molecules of low-percent methanol gasolineblends,and the relationship between the molecular composition and saturation vapor pressure,giving a clear direction to solve the problem of saturation vapour pressure.The objects of study are the variation trend of Reid saturation vapour pressure during the different perccent methanol gasoline blends,the molecules of narrow fraction hydrocarbon in low-percent methanol gasoline blends,light distillate fraction (10%distillate fraction) molecules,volatile components and hydrocarbon molecules and the numerical simulation of the relationship between saturated vapor pressure etc..Using methanol and foundation of gasoline (92#gasoline or shijiazhuang catalyticcracking gasoline) mixture of the different proportions of methanol gasoline,to determine its Reid saturated vapor pressure.The results show that the low-percent methanol gasoline blends with the higher saturated vapor pressure than basal gasoline.In front of the methanol percent30%,saturated vapor pressure rising above10kPa.The Engler distillation distillation range can reflect the volatile of gasoline.so,stud y the M15,from the initial boiling point to the final boiling point receive narrow fractions and analysis,to determine hydrocarbon compounds of the narrow fractions, the results show that: reduce the M15methanol gasoline forerunning point1℃;10%distillatedistillate temperature decrease;About60℃in distillate before slowly.The progress of modern analysis techniques, making the analysis of complex compounds of molecules known as possible.Using GC(gas chromatograph) and GC/MS(gaschromatograph-mass spectrometer).The PONA (P: alkanes, O: olefins, N: naphthene,A: aromatic hydrocarbons) analyse method, analyzes the low proportion of methanol gasoline and fractions of compound hydrocarbon molecules, about90%of the content of more than116compounds has analyzed.The analyze result of Engler distillation narrow fractions low-percent methanol gasoline blends,light distillate fractions and the volatile components show that:methanol,isobutane,1-butylene or isobutylene,n-butane,anti-2-butene,isopentane,2-methyl-1-butylene,pentane,anti-2-pentene,shun-2-pentene,2-methyl-2-butene,methyltert-butylether (92#gasoline),2,3-dimethylbutane,2-methylpentane,3-methylpentane n-hexane,methyl cyclopentane and toluene are the main volatile components, they content more than80%,and those are thethe reason of Reid saturated vapor pressure rise between low-percent methanol gasoline blends.On the basis of analyzing the composition of monomer hydrocarbon, select the appropriate thermodynamic equation, using numerical simulation method was established to predict the low proportion of methanol gasoline molecules associated with saturatedvapor pressure,for solving the problem of low-percent methanol gasoline blends provide guidance.
