This paper presents a exploration and study on formulation design of biomass briquette by coal, biomass, sludge, dust ash as raw materials in order to solve the problem of pulverized coal in our country environmental pollution.(1) This paper with drop strength, waterproof time, ash content, calorific value as the main technical indicators, such as the type of biomass coal were determined. As coal and biomass of mixed size and biomass modification processing technology was analyzed. When the best mixed coal and biomass particle size respectively2mm and3mm and below and following the biomass type coal drop strength, waterproof time, calorific value. Determine the optimum modification conditions for a living biomass material in heating2hours1%NaOH solution soaking and at80℃, the biomass type fall intensity and waterproof time increased significantly.(2) According to the experiment software of Design Expert, respectively to make groups of biomass type coal. Identifies three kinds of optimum formula and the formula developed type coal and its properties are all up to the similar product specifications reported in literatures. When coal, slag modified sawdust, and domestic sludge combined with57.0%:18.0%:25.0%, eventually make the type of coal, each target the drop strength is86.1%, the compressive strength is505N, waterproof time is120h, ash content is14.05%, the calorific value is23.76MJ/kg.(3) When the coal, slag modified sawdust, domestic sludge, modified dust produced four to combined with55.0%:17.2%:18.9%:8.9%, eventually make the type of every index of coal, the drop strength is90.1%, the compressive strength is605N, waterproof time is170h, ash content is12.43%, calorific value is19.86MJ/kg, more than the literature reported coal and sludge according to70%:30%of the mixing ratio, the compressive strength of coal is240N, calorific value is17.83MJ/kg.(4) When coal, modified rice husk, domestic sludge, modified dust produced combined with55.0%:17.2%:18.9%:8.9%, eventually make the type of coal all the indicators are up to standard,and drop strength is89.3%, compressive strength is560N, waterproof time is240h, ash content is11.92%, calorific value is23.15MJ/kg.(5) The paper use waste, sewage sludge, forestry reasonable waste, will be modified biomass, domestic sludge, modified dust do composite binder, the biomass type coal fall high strength, low ash content and calorific value is high, can not only improve the utilization of pulverized coal, and waste, achieving the optimal allocation of resources, has a certain economic and environmental benefits.
