The Research Of Control System Used For Biomass Briquette Machine On Natural Conditions

As the exhaustion of fossil fuel,the reproducible biomass energy will become one of the effective way to replace it.Biomass fuel is the most direct and easiest way to utilize biomass resources,and biomass briquette machine is the key to make these resources molded.To make the biomass briquette machine automatic control plays an important role in improving biomass fuel products' quality,improving production efficiency,emancipating the productive forces.In this subject, we made use of PLC,the most extensive technology in industrial control,on the experimental machine to change the operation way from hydraulic pressure manual control to programmable automatic control.Therefore,we could achieve production automation to reduce human's intensity of labor and improve production efficiency.This paper analyzed the significance,development history,and the situation at home and abroad of developing biomass briquette machine.We mainly introduced PLC technology and some related design on analog quantity acquisition,including the type selection of pressure sensor,PLC host machine and the analog quantity extension.We also introduced data acquisition,the hardware and software design on the extension and PLC controller,the analysis of limit switch.At last,we introduced simply about the touch screen.
