Construction And Appliction Of The Index System Of Eco-county Development For Anren

With the qualities of ecology and environment become badly, the ecological crisis of urban becomes prominent. To overcome the ecological crisis of urban and keep the ecology of urban harmony, it is imperative to construct eco-city. In this study, through the field survey and data analysis of Anren, the evaluation index system of eco-county development for Anren is established. The major results are followed:(1) Based on the field survey and data analysis of Anren, an evaluation index system of eco-county development consisting of including45indices of3categories (such as economic development, ecology and environment protection and social progress) is initially identified. The initial dates on the score of indices were obtained via questionnaire. Based on the analysis of those datas,13terms of non-essential indices are eliminated and the evaluation index system of eco-county development for Anren is developed.(2) The weights of those indices are determined by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). For examples, the weights of indices at the first layer are0.4934、0.3108and0.1958for the indices on economic development, ecology and environment protection and social progress, repectively. For the second layer, the weights of indices on the economic level, economic efficiency, economic structure, environmental management, environmental quality, green environment, demographic factors, infrastructure and social civilization are, respectively,0.2434、0.0966、0.1534、0.1980、0.0803、0.0326、0.0197、0.0848and0.0913. In addition, the grading standards of the comprehensive index of eco-county development for Aaren is determined(3) An analysis of the eco-county development of Anren is made by using the presented system, from2008to2012. From the resuts, it is found that the comprehensive indexes of eco-county development for Aaren are, repectively,0.732、0.767、0.782、0.823and0.843, in2008-2012. In2008, the ability of eco-county development is better and belonged to class II, but from2009to2012, this ability is excellen and belonged to class I. The ability of eco-county development was increased year by year. The results of presented system agreed well with the actual situation of Anren. This indicates that the presented evaluation index system is reasonable.
