In this paper, the mother liquor which produced in crystallized glucose processwere studied by using Chromatographic separation, membrane separation andbio-fermentation technologies. Finally we determined the program using liquorproduction for producing glucose, oligosaccharides.The contents of this paper are asfollows:First, the mother liquor was separated by the simulated moving bedchromatography, we can obtain the extract and residual liquid. The Extract was usedin producing crystal glucose, the residual liquidwas used producing maltose syrup. Theexperiment content:1. Using the small scale experimental device,the separation effect to glucosemother liquid were evaluated by several different calcium type resins.2. We determined the chromatographic separation conditions, Experiments showthat, The optimum condition for thechromatographic separation was the ratio ofmaterial to water=1:1.3, AD/BD=2.5.Secondly, the first step of the raffinate was again separatedby chromatographicseparation method, We can obtain IMO-500Isomaltooligosaccharide products byremoving the glucose. In order to get more high-quality IMO products,We had done aseries of experiments which Used different yeast fermentations, differentfermentationmodes on chromatographic separation raffinate and IMO-500.The third part, we study on theapplication of membrane technology in treatmentofresidual liquid. The effects of pressure, temperature, material ratio and raffinateconcentration were analysed which influenced permeation flux.The best workingcondition: temperature25~30℃, the operation pressure is0.7MPa,the ratiobetweenwater and raffinate is2.0.The membrane separation running costandinvestment were calculated.Finally, we had summarized the method for comprehensive utilization of glucosemother liquor, this paper expounds the problems existing andfuture work direction.
