Study On The Comprehensive Management Of The Rural Environment Of Yancheng Economic And Technological Development Zone

Along with our country city pollution in rural areas to spread, and the rural pollution increasing with the rural economic development,soil environmental is deteriorating, water resources is polluted, the land ecological system is destroyed, the agricultural product quality deterioration is becoming more and more serious, the rural environment has affected the rural population’s survival, influence to the construction of new countryside, has become a major obstacle to the construction of the socialist harmonious society. Yancheng economic and Technological Development Zone also exists the problem of environmental pollution in rural areas, especially the pollution from livestock breeding is very serious, Yancheng economic and Technological Development Zone shall carry out comprehensive treatment of the rural environment. This paper adopts data collection, literature and other forms, analyzes the authority of government, farmers and enterprises in the management system, put forward the control system of Bufeng town of livestock pollution, and the comprehensive management of the rural environment is suggested.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part introduces the background,reasons, significance, narration the relevant concepts and research status, pointed out the method and the difficult problems; The second part introduces the Present situation of Yancheng development zone environment and pollution control, analyzes the deficiency in environmental governance; The third partanalyzes the pollution control in Bufeng town; The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to the livestock pollution of Bufeng town;The fifth part mainly provides some suggestions for the comprehensive management of the rural environment of Yancheng economic and Technological Development zone.
