Research On Pollution Control Of Livestock And Poultry Breeding In Rural Areas Of Guangxi

Since the reform and opening up,China's agricultural development focus has gradually shifted from the planting industry to the animal husbandry,and the livestock and poultry industry has made remarkable achievements in promoting the economic development.However,due to the weak sense of environmental protection,the production mode and technological innovation are lagging behind,and the pollution is serious.The ecological environment is faced with unprecedented severe challenges,which seriously affects the sustainable development of society and the happiness of the people.In this paper,the pig out of the county of Rongxian County--the livestock pollution as the research object,using Qi Chang company as an example,in-depth study of the innovation of governance model and based on the analysis of the disadvantages,applying the governance theory systematically,to explore a new way of governance in rural areas of Guangxi livestock and poultry farming pollution,to the other our local livestock pollution control in some beneficial enlightenment.The main purpose of this study is to explore the best mode of pollution control in Guangxi Rural Livestock and poultry breeding,and to find the road of sustainable development of Rural Livestock and poultry breeding.This paper consists of six parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of domestic and international research,research ideas and content and possible innovations and shortcomings;the second part introduces the basic concept of livestock pollution and livestock pollution control and governance theory;governance from single subject,governance efficiency and the comprehensive utilization rate is not high,the cost of higher governance three aspects of the Guangxi Rural Livestock management status and existing problems in the third part;the fourth part expounds the advantages and disadvantages of Rongxian County "Qi Chang model";the fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on Guangxi rural livestock pollution control to further improve the "Qi Chang model" on the basis of the sixth part is the conclusion and outlook.This paper holds that multiple governance is the only way to solve the pollution of livestock and poultry in rural areas in Guangxi.We need to explore how to maximize the initiative of the government,industry associations,producers and the public,improve the long-term mechanism of interaction,achieve the common goal of governance,so as to promote the livestock industry stable,healthy and sustainable development,promote the social economy and ecological environment coordinated development.
