Chemical Construction Enterprise Safety Management Research

This article takes the safety management of company A as research object, which makes use of the synthesis and analysis method, concluding and deductive method, demonstration method, case study method, information research method and other methods, and briefly analyzes the characteristics of chemical construction industry and the current deficiency with its reasons, also analyzes the safety management system of company A for the guidance and supervision to the project management, including analyzes the inadequacy of company A safety management, pointing out the countermeasures of improving company A’s safety management level so as to give references of project construction safety management for other companies or similar chemical engineering projects. Therefore, this paper gives the brief introduction of company A status, explains the theory of modern safety management, accident cause theory and accident prevention measures, analyzes the deficiency of the domestic construction project safety management and reasons, and carefully analyzes the safety management system of company A and also the guidance and supervision to the project safety management, apply the characteristics and advantage of foreign chemical project safety management to the domestic chemical project, and improve management performance, based on the analyses of company A project safety management, hereby puts forward the safety management for domestic chemical projects:giving full play to the utility of current management system, strengthening the management of the subcontractor, strengthening the training of employees work, strengthening the safety management standard and normalization work, promoting project safety management experience of foreign company and model, applying rewards and punishment for employees, introducing advanced corporate culture and taking measures to prevent the happening of all kinds of accidents, accomplish "zero accident, zero injury, zero occupational disease, zero pollution", so as to improve the company’s safety management level and satisfy the need of the company’s strategic target of being " international engineering company".
