With the upgrading of power system in the petrochemical industry in recent years,the number of electrical construction projects in petrochemical enterprises shows an increasing trend.Due to the particularity of petrochemical industry and electrical engineering,there are difficulties such as high professional technology,complex risk factors and difficult management in the process of construction,resulting in frequent production safety accidents.Therefore,for the safety management of this type of project,scientific and effective safety production management methods should be adopted to control the construction process.This thesis takes project risk management theory as the core,and provides a theoretical basis for the use of security risk management tools.By introducing the background of generator reconstruction project of D company,this thesis expounds the safety risk management structure,safety risk management content and safety risk management problems existing in the maintenance workshop in the process of project safety risk management.Through the analysis of the causes of the above problems,solutions are formulated in turn.For the problem of safety risk management structure,this thesis divides the existing management structure,and uses the work breakdown structure to clarify the goal of risk analysis.For the content of safety risk management,this thesis uses "5x5 observation method" in the risk identification link to broaden the identification idea;Using job safety analysis method to realize the concretization of the content of risk list;In the process of risk evaluation,the evaluation criteria of LEC method are combined with the actual situation of generator reconstruction project,and the evaluation system suitable for the project is formulated to achieve the goal of risk classification;The risk response link adopts different strategies according to the grading results to match the risk factors with the response measures.In view of the problems in the maintenance workshop,this thesis takes risk monitoring measures such as training,inspection,work permit system and emergency response mechanism in each stage of project construction to make the risk controllable.Finally,for the improvement scheme,it is proposed to strengthen the contact among the members of the safety risk management team,confirm the effectiveness of the risk management content,optimize the pre inspection of the construction into the plant,and introduce the safety risk backtracking mechanism,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement scheme.Achieve the goal of ensuring that the project can be completed on schedule and eliminating risk accidents.Through the research on the safety risk management of the generator renovation project of D Company,the proposed solution can effectively solve the safety risk management problems existing in the project.At the same time,it also hopes to provide reference value for the safety management of electrical construction in petrochemical enterprises.
