Research On Improvement Of Safety Management System Of CM Chemical Company

With the continuous progress of society and the continuous improvement of living standards,people are paying more and more attention to safety,and the state's requirements for enterprise safety production management are becoming more and more stringent.Chemical industry as a high-risk industry,in recent years,major chemical accidents have caused serious adverse effects in the society,leading to people's discoloration.As the largest chemical company in the region,CM Chemical Company has attracted much attention from the local government and the people.Doing a good job of safety management within the enterprise plays a decisive role in the sustainable development of the enterprise.However,in recent years,the safety production management performance of CM chemical industry has been unable to meet the standards,the number of accidents can not be effectively reduced,the safety signal has not been able to meet the requirements of the head office,and the loss of working hours remains high.Therefore,for the smooth operation and further development of the enterprise,it is of great practical significance to carry out research on the improvement of safety management system of CM chemical industry company.In this paper,through collecting and sorting out the data of hidden danger investigation and accidents in the safety management system of CM Chemical Company,under the guidance of Heinrich's law,operation safety observation method and process safety management system,the problems and reasons in the current safety management system of CM Chemical Company are studied,and the corresponding improvement countermeasures are put forward.The expected improvement effect is analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through research and analysis,the main problems existing in the current safety management system of CM Chemical Company are found out as follows: the system lacks the ability to prevent and control potential accidents,the ability to pre-control the recurrence of the same or similar accidents,and the ability to control the unsafe state of things.The root causes of accidents are imperfect safety management system,inadequate implementation of the system,and inadequate awareness and ability of personnel safety.(2)In view of the existing problems of the system,guided by the operation safety observation method and the related theory of process safety management system,this paper puts forward specific plans for the establishment and improvement of the existing safety management system of CM Chemical Company from four aspects: accident hidden danger investigation,safety accident management,equipment management and safety management performance evaluation.(3)Whether the improvement plan can be implemented smoothly is closely related to the security system.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the safety management system,this paper puts forward safeguard measures mainly from the aspects of the change of the organizational structure of the safety management committee,the human resources guarantee plan,the improvement of the source of funds needed for the implementation of the system and the construction of safety culture.By improving the implementation effect,we can see that the implementation of the improvement measures can effectively improve the safety management performance of CM Chemical Company and help the company achieve the safety management objectives.
