Study On The Existence Form And Distribution Of Nitrogen Compounds In Coal Liquefaction Oil

The nitrogen compounds existed in Shenhua coal direct liquefaction oil was studied on the existence form and distribution by using the main means of analysis methods such as gas chromatography (GC), mass spectrometry (MS), nitrogen chemiluminescence detector (NCD) and so on in this paper. Acid extraction method about basic nitrogen compounds was mainly introduced and evaluated on the analysis of the nitrogen compounds in coal liquefaction oil. At the same time, nitrogen compounds’existence form and distribution in the heavy liquefied oil and the full range of coal liquefied oil were analyzed and studied. In addition, solid phase extraction method about nitrogen compounds in coal liquefaction oil was introduced.It can be seen from the experimental results that basic nitrogen compounds in the coal liquefaction oil were effectively separated out from the oil phase by acid extraction method.38kinds of basic nitrogen compounds in the full range of coal liquefaction oil were determined by GC-MS in combination with the Heart-Cutting patterns of the capillary flow technique (Deans Switch) and LTM chromatographic column modules.18kinds of basic nitrogen compounds were quantified by using GC-NCD and part of basic nitrogen standard samples. The quantitative content accounted for88.9%of total basic nitrogen compounds in coal liquefaction oil.19kinds of nitrogen compounds in coal liquefaction oil by solid phase extraction method were determined by GC-NCD. Non-basic nitrogen compounds were indole and carbazole, the rest nitrogen compounds were basic nitrogen compounds.6kinds of non-basic nitrogen compounds were determined by using GC-MS and NIST08.L standard spectral library, and they were indole and5kinds of carbazole class nitrogen compounds.
