SBR is effective and feasible to domestic sewage and low concentration organic industrial wastewater treatment, which has a simple process and low operation cost. Leachate has complex component and contains a variety of organic pollutants. Besides, the concentration of CODcr and nitrogen is high and the growth of microbiology is inhibited, and then reduces the treatment effect of SBR. In this paper, through the applications of laboratory microbial agents on SBR process in treatment of chengdu solid waste sanitary landfill, we study the influence of the agent on the micro ecology in activated sludge as well as the effect of pollutant removal in the leachate. The main results are as follows:(1) Through※cycles of different concentration of feed water domestication, determined the optimal operation parameters for SBR, and the operation condition was:the water phase for※h, aeration period for※h, a lack of oxygen for※h, oxygen aeration period for※h, a lack of oxygen for※h, xygen aeration period for※h, precipitation for※h and drainage period for※h.(2) We set the two reactors to treat different dilution of leachate at※%※%※%※%、※%※%※%and the※leachate. Comparing with the blank group, the average removal rate of leachate CODCr, NH3-N, TN, TP and BOD5, and SS of the experimental group respectively increased by※%,※%,※%,※%,※%,※%. It showed that the microbial lab agents changed the activated sludge biological systems, raised the sludge microbial metabolism and increased the removal efficiency of leachate. Through the study of the impact load of the two reactors, we could find that the removal rate of CODcr which was in experimental group reactor was nearly※%higher than the average blank group reactor. And the new system had a strong resistance to impact the load capacity.(3)The activated sludge sampled from unacclimated activated sludge, acclimated activated sludge and the sludge of blank group and experimental group after treatment. Count the bacteria of the※kind sludge with MPN method. Compared to blank group, the bacteria quantity of experimental group increased※A/L, which shows the agents improved the growth of microbiology in activated sludge. Using ERIC-PCR technique to calculate the similarity of※kind of sludge, the results show that the similarity of acclimated sludge and the sludge after operation, as well as the sludge of experimental and the blank group, reached to※%, which shows the agents changed the microbe species of the sludge.
