| The treatment of landfill would produce a landfill leachate of high concentration.The most extensive and effective way to dispose of landfill leachate is"biological treatment+ membrane technology".The excess sludge can be disposed of through landfill,but it is a bottleneck of environmental engineering treatment technology how to deal with membrane concentrates better.The paper adopts the excess sludge of landfill leachate treatment factory to explore the effect of the pyrolyzed temperature and pyrolyzed time on the adsorptive property of activated carbon.Carrying out the study of using the activated carbon treat landfill leachate and membrane concentrates.Then completing the process design of membrane concentrates which treatment scale were 60m3/d based on the study results.The main researching results are as follows:a.The best preparation condition of preparing activatied carbon for using excess sludge which is from landfill leachate treatment plant is "750℃,90 min".Under the condition,the adsorption value of activated carbon’s methylene blue is 202.3 mg/g,BET is 651.14m2/g.The analysis to the metal concentration of activated carbon’s lixivium indicates that the activated carbon is not a hazardous waste.b.The optimum dosage is 50g/L for using sludge-based activated carbon to adsorb landfill leachate.The removal rate of COD,NH4+-N and TP are 64%,10%and 75%when the best oscillation adsorption times is 10 min.c.Through the comparative analysis of adsorption saturated sludge activated carbon regeneration and not adsorption saturated sludge activated carbon recarbonize,adsorption saturated sludge activated carbon regeneration is better than not adsorption saturated sludge activated carbon recarbonize.The former’s BET is higher 93.26m2·g-1 than the latter’s,and the former’s total pore volume is more 0.0138cm3 g-1 than the latter’s.Their removal rate of COD was 84.1%and 72.6%respectively.d.The study of the experiment of two-stage adsorption to disposes of membrane concentrates explain that:the first stage adsorption is added into 80 g/L of sludge-based activated carbon and the reaction time is 40min.The second stage adsorption is added into 16 g/L of regeneration of activated carbon and the reaction time is 120min.The total removal rate of COD of Two-stage adsorption is up to 78.1%.e.Complete the process calculation and layout design of 60m3/d two-stage adsorption to disposes of membrane concentrates... |
