In recent years, the application of high polymer flocculant in water treatment research institute shows superior performance and received extensive attention of the researchers.Flocculant monomer polymerization and modification methods of grafting, synthesis of a new type of flocculant of the settlement of outstanding performance, the advantages of good environmental stability, became one of the many flocculant is the research object of attention.This paper by modified polymer flocculant and monomer polymerization macromolecule flocculant as the research object, and preparation for a series of high polymer flocculant, and the sedimentation performance were studied.This paper selects the natural polymer flocculant as raw material, dimethyl sulfate and hydroxylamine hydrochloride, under the action of the modified natural polymer flocculant process is optimized, and process conditions are studied:the esterification modification temperature, dosage of dimethyl sulfate, oximation esterification oximation modified time, dosage of hydroxylamine hydrochloride, the impact on the modified flocculant.At the same time, the raw materials and modification of a new type of flocculant sedimentation performance were studied.The results show that when the modification reaction temperature is70℃, reaction time is3h, anhydrous ethanol dosage30mL, dimethyl sulfate esterification conditions the optimal dosage of2.OmL.Reaction temperature35℃for4h, the reaction time, pH is7.0, the dosage of hydroxylamine hydrochloride is3.5g can be concluded that a better oximation conditions.Obtained in the sedimentation experiments when settling time for30min, temperature is20℃, and of the modified sodium alginate dosing quantity is0.8mg/L, after flocculation for30min, the removal rate can amount to91.53%, the biggest liquid-solid ratio of2.33, at this point has good flocculation effect.On the basis of above work, this paper further research system got modified organic polymer flocculant flocculation.The study selects the polyacrylic acid as raw materials and polyacrylamide as raw material, the same with esterification oximation modified preparation for new type polymer flocculants.Research on preparation technology is optimized, and the process conditions, the esterification modification temperature, dosage of dimethyl sulfate, oximation esterification oximation modification time, dosage of hydroxylamine hydrochloride on the modification effect of flocculant.At the same time, the raw materials and modification of a new type of flocculant sedimentation performance were studied.Under the condition of the research results show that determine the optimal preparation of modified polyacrylic acid sodium flocculant in dosing quantity is0.6mg/L removal rate can amount to91.53%, the biggest liquid-solid ratio2.33;In the modified polyacrylamide flocculant dosing quantity is0.8mg/L, in addition to the rate up to90.21%, the liquid-solid ratio of2.31.copolymer, the technological conditions of polymerization time and the dosage of initiator effect on flocculation settling copolymer were studied.Compared with the material polymerization monomer, acrylic acid/acrylamide copolymer sedimentation performance better.In dosing quantity is0.6mg/L, the removal rate of up to89.61%, the liquid-solid ratio as high as2.17.This paper adopts the characterization methods for the infrared spectra (FTIR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) of modified materials had been used to characterize the structure and microstructure.Results show that the optimized preparation conditions after the preparation of a new type of flocculant, the microstructure of the original material had the very big change, and because the other components of the intervention, also some changes have taken place in its structure.Changes in the morphology and structure, the new type of flocculant had better settling performance.flocculants were modified, the modified conditions under the premise of environment friendly and economic, increase its sedimentation effect;Selection of inverse emulsion polymerization of acrylic acid and acrylamide monomer for copolymerization, improve the flocculation effect of product;Further study on the flocculation sedimentation experiment, the influence of various conditions on the settlement performance, at the same time by the same method to different raw materials preparation of all kinds of flocculant on consumption and remove the effect of sedimentation treatment are studied, for this kind of flocculant in the related areas of application provides comprehensive experimental basis.
