With the rapid development of modern technology, the operating conditions of high temperature valves become more and more high parameter, it puts forward a very high request to the material and design. Based on the wind heat valve as the research object, the structure is reasonable designed and the heat transfer is detailed analyzed. To put stress on analyzing and studying the temperature characteristic and heat exchange performance of the seat combined with the heat transfer theory, the heat conduction theory and convective heat transfer theory.(1) The working process of wind tunnel system was described. The necessity of temperature field analysis of wind heat valve was briefly described. The main technical parameters and valve type were identified. Through analyze the heat transfer, sealing and intensity of wind heat valve, the structure of stem, disc, body and seat were reasonable designed.(2) The heat transfer problem of wind heat valve was analyzed, and the research methods were identified. The heat transfer way and heat transfer process of seat were specified, the enhanced heat transfer theory, the heat conduction theory and convective heat transfer theory in the application of ultra high temperature valve was detailed description. Therefore, a theoretical foundation for the research on temperature characteristic and heat exchange performance of the seat was provided.(3) The heat conduction problem of wind heat valve seat was overviewed, the physical model was simplified and the mathematical mode was established. The relationship of seat temperature along with the change of time and space was deduced. The instance analysis was marched by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, and the results were compared. The result is reasonable and correct which was derived. Therefore, a theoretical reference basis was provided for engineering design.(4) The convective heat transfer problem of wind heat valve seat was overviewed, the seat heat transfer was analyzed and the seat structure is designed. The heat transfer of different cooling water flow of specific rectangular groove seat was analyzed by theory and studied by experiment, and the theoretical value and experimental value were contrasted to determine the error within the range of5%. Then7kinds of groove size and5kinds of cooling water flow were designed to analyze the influence of the size and flow on heat transfer performance, when heat transfer performance is optimal, the relationship of flow and size was determined to be referenced for future research.
