The same kind of LFC coating show different peeling performance in using process, even in the same furnace steel different sequence casting have different peeling performance. And this unstable peeling performance give production a lot of trouble.This article analyzed the phenomenon that some enterprises in the process of production LFC coating peeling performance instability. Analysis the same kind and the same batch of LFC coating’s composition and record every furnace casting process parameters and peeling performance. Study the pouring temperature and vacuum degree on the impact of coating’s peeling performance.Collect all kinds of loss of coating shell scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and XRD method to carries the contrast analysis. To study the influence factor of LFC coating peeling performance instability in some enterprises.Get the following conclusion:For one LFC coating, have stable component,it’s peeling performance is impacted by pouring temperature and vacuum degree, and the pouring temperature is the main factor;For the coatings used in the enterprise, when the pouring temperature in1530-1600℃,coating sintering fully less porosity, Can produce the right amount of the coating liquid particles into flake, which is beneficial to coating peeling; when the pouring temperature in1500-1530℃, coating sintering insufficient and pore rate is too high, which is not conducive to coating peeling;when the pouring temperature higher than1600℃, The inner coating to produce high viscosity molten quartz, almost no pore, which is not conducive to coating peeling;Coating shell has suitable permeability is beneficial to coating peeling;The permeability of the sand can impact the peeling performance of coating;For this LFC enterprises, casting process control is not strict, Especially for pouring temperature control is not accurate, which result in the LFC coating’s peeling performance instability;Finally, deduce the granularity of sand had certain influence on coating’s peeling performance after study the pouring temperature and vacuum degree on the impact of coating’s peeling performance. And conduct on-site verification testing, The tests show sand particle size can influence coating’s peeling performance.put forward the production process control, and solve the problem that the LFC coating peeling instability of this enterprise...
