Study On The Coupling Reaction Of Phenyl Radical Reactions By Phenylhydrazine

Phenylhydrazine is a very important class of compounds. Phenylhydrazine pesticideintermediates for the production of synthetic organic pesticides triazophos1-phenylsemicarbazide, pyridaphenthion intermediate1-phenyl-3,6-dihydroxy-pyridazine, butalso sterilization agent of new varieties famoxadone, fenamidone intermediates, in addition,phenylhydrazine also used in medicine, colourant, pesticide, organic conductive materialand a variety of high tech fields. Scientists coming from the world are taking their untiringefforts to this field.This thesis contains two parts. Firstly, we described a copper-catalyzed reaction ofphenylhydrazine with trimethyl phosphate, which afford phenyl dimethyl phosphite.Secondly, we described the reaction of phenylhydrazine with aniline compounds, whichafford2-aminobiphenyl. The structures of all products were confirmed by1HNMR,13CNMR and HRMS spectra, and some of them were further confirmed by IR analysis.
