Since the reform and opening-up, China’s economy has entered a rapid development stage, industrial modernization processed to further deepen, and the ecological destruction and environmental pollution has intensified. The air pollution and social problems caused by dust have become more and more serious. Researching on the spatial distribution discipline of dust, in order to reduce the pollution of the environment and the social harm, has a very important scientific significance and application prospects. The main contents of this paper is analysis of the simulation about sudden high safety accidents such as fire, explosion and poison leak, mining accidents and atmospheric environment quality of the harmfulness of dust concentration spatial distribution. This system used the data acquisition system of FPGA to collect the dust concentration information, using FLUENT fluid mechanics simulation software of dust concentration distribution, By comparing and analyzing the result of simulation with the real distribution situation of dust concentration data, it would have a summary about the spatial distribution discipline of dust concentration, which can be used as the data basis for the engineering measurement, and make it easy to grasp the spread regularity of dust concentration.This paper compares their advantages and disadvantages by studying domestic and overseas different dust concentration measurement methods, choose principle of measurement of the light transmission method to design the dust concentration measurement system. In fact, the dust concentration measurement system is divided into two parts:one is the front-end photoelectric detection module; the other is the back-end FPGA dust concentration acquisition module. Front-end photoelectric detection module is designed based on the principle of measurement of the extinction method, the dust concentration signal in the process of dust concentration detection measurement is converted into a voltage signal is passed to the backend FPGA dust concentration acquisition module for signal acquisition and processing. In order to improve the accuracy of measurement, improve the anti-interference ability of the system, with double optical path difference method is used to design the front-end dust concentration detection circuit. In order to reduce the workload in the process of measurement, ensure high efficiency on concentration acquisition and improve the acquisition operability, this paper designed the dust concentration mechanical measuring mechanism.This paper analysis and process the data which is based on a large number of relevant theoretical study and field experiment. Through theoretical analysis and experimental data mutual authentication obtains the spread of the spatial distribution law of smoke concentration, provides the theoretical basis and experimental evidence for quality of the atmospheric environment monitoring, safety warning and accident treatment such as fire, mine, explosion and so on.
