With the increase of mining production, the dust of mining blasting also grows day by day. It brought serious influence to the health of the workers and the enterprise economic benefits. Currently the numerical simulation of coal dust concentration is mainly concentrated in the fully mechanized coal face instead of the unsteady dust transport and concentration distribution in metal mines'blasting face. This paper has important practical significance to the research of the dust transport and concentration distribution of the metal mine caver stope.The research object of this paper is the flat cavern stope of metal mine, which with the most typical. Combining the practical situation of Hedong gold mine, numerical simulation of the wind structure of its test stope was performed based on fluid mechanics simulation software. At the same time, through the research and analysis of the gas-solid flow characteristics of the poisonous and harmful gas produced in blasting, simulated the dust migration and the concentration distribution in the process of ventilation dust. During the dust exhaust, the congruent relationship between the change of dust concentration and time were unfolded intuitively. The influence the wind speed and width of stope to the dust migration and time of dust exhaust are also simulated. Through the field measurement, the simulated results are confirmed, the cavern stope danger zone of dust ventilation is determined. Opinion and suggestions are put forward to the dust proof, thus can provide theoretical basis to the optimization design of the metal mines ventilation system.
