A large amount of washing wastewater, pulp dyeing wastewater and other industrial wastewater were produced during jeans garment processing. Wastewater containing much suspended solids and a variety of nonbiodegradable dyes, sizing agent, etc, high COD, sometimes also contains high concentration of ammonia nitrogen. Past washing water treatment process "pH adjustment-Coagulation-Contact oxidation-Precipitation" difficult to deal with this kind of wastewater, need to add hydrolysis acidification. Considering the different of the washing water and pulp dyeing wastewater, based on the need of degradable matrix and nutrients of microorganism. Reasonably control water quality, achieve good biological treatment effect.Washing water containing high concentration of suspended solids, organic matter content is low, microbes are difficult to grow; but pulp dyeing wastewater with high organic content, high pH and concentration of ammonia nitrogen. This study based on a textile industrial park has a lot of washing water and much pulp dyeing wastewater. Design combination treatment of the washing water and pulp dyeing wastewater in proportion, had good removal efficiency.Lab design small scale experiment, studied the treatment effect of single washing water treatment, single pulp dyeing wastewater treatment, and combination treatment of the washing water and pulp dyeing wastewater. Biological treatment effect increased with the increased amount of pulp dyeing wastewater due to the increase of the carbon source, the treatment effect were improved; but the amount of pulp dyeing wastewater increased excessively, treatment effect decreased as a result of increased toxicity of the pulp dyeing wastewater. It had good effect when the proportion of washing water and pulp dyeing wastewater is1:1.The result of the study has important reference value for wastewater treatment of other jeans garment processing enterprises. However, the different concentration of organic pollutants, organic pollutants properties, pH, ammonia nitrogen content are key factors in mixed wastewater treatment. It must match reasonably according to actual situation.Finally, preliminary process design did of mixed treatment washing water with pulp dyeing wastewater for the industrial park. Set single sewage collection tube for each enterprise, after wastewater entering the sewage treatment works, water was mixed according to the ratio, to ensure the biological treatment effect; combined treatment process is "Water mixing-Adjustment-Coagulation-Hydrolytic acidification-Contact oxidation", to ensure that the wastewater reached discharge standard.Design is carried out on the basis of the existing wastewater treatment plants. Set single sewage collection tube for each enterprise, add water automatic monitoring devices and special mix adjustment pool. Centralized control the mixed washing water and pulp dyeing wastewater, and treated by biochemical treatment. Redundant wash water still treated by existing treatment process "Coagulation-Contact oxidation". New investment cost is about3.5million yuan.
