The rise of the anime culture which have provided more fresh and lively design elements for the designers and also contributed to the prosperity of the children’s toy market at the same time. The combination of animation and children’s toys design which enhance the brand additional value of toys by anime content and image, located in the product market and the orientation of industrialization integrated with the anime content planning and making closely by design and develop toy, develop industrial operations and anime content creation integration development. There is a vast cartoon toy market space in China, but lack of original animation brand, which have excellent animation image but is not good at using, and there is still exist a big gap between America and Japan, still have not mature and complete animation industry chain as "transformers" and "barbie". So it is top urgent to explore to combine with anime and the design strategy and method of children’s toys. Which is the important condition to explore Chinese cartoon toys design and build domestic toy brands.This thesis is about global animation toy market present situation and the competition for simple doing up, and sums up the problems of the cartoon toy industry in China are faced. An important quality can be found from abroad animation industry:no matter how mature of animation industry in America or Japan, or as a rising star of Korean animation industry, which are all treat anime as part of the national cultural construction, make its to be the characteristics and important element of the cultural construction. The reason is the national attention to the cartoon industry development, and the social demand of animation. Domestic animation market could not against the impact of foreign animation industry if could not make domestic animation industry as a part of national cultural building and could not popularize and self-supported anime in domestic; secondly, for the products perspective pitching-in, take the fly animation toys products for example, pick up typical cartoon toys to analyze, analyzing from the content and image of anime and the function, shape, color, etc. of toys; based on the analysis of the management mode of the fly, planning the corresponding marketing method according to different functional properties of toys, than draw a conclusion of where is the advantage of combination anime and children’s toys; finally, summarizing the design strategy and design method of combination animation and toys at the background of cultural and economic integration, new values and life style, the tendency of application and researching enlightenment of cartoon culture in children’s toys design development according to above analysis and study of fly cartoon toy products.
