Today the quality of life is improving continuously, people demand higher and higher for products. Washing industries are closely related to people’s life. Its product s’safety and environmental protection is more and more attention by us. It’s increasingly important to resolv the problems of the washing industry products residual and the environmental pollution.This thesis describes the present situation and application of sustained-release materials, research of the chitosan and present situation and development prospect of washing industry at home and abroad. And studied of chitosan membrane for the excellent sustained-release properties effect, and changed the membrane on blending and modified. Structure of membranes are characterized by FT-IR and SEM, and properties of membranes are testing by crosslinking degree test, tensile test, swelling test. The modulation of various reaction conditions and adding accessories, which is glycerin, n-heptane, tri-n-butyl citrates, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and glutaraldehyde, improve the performance of membrane. Meanswhile,(1) The research showed that the best mass fraction of chitosan is2%. The best dissolved liquid volume fraction of acetic acid is2%. The best thickness of membrane is around0.042to0.046mm. The best drying temperature is60℃. And after water is basicly dried, the membrane is continued to be dried for2h for the best. Moreover, the best mass fraction of soak liquid NaOH is2%and the best soak time is1h.(2) Glycerol can effectively improve the mechanical strength of membrane, and when the adding content is0.08%the mechanical strength of membrane is largest and the plastic property of membrane is the best.(3) N-heptane can effectively improve the pore structure of membrane. When the adding content is3.9%, the aperture size and pore distribution of the membrane are uniform, and the effect of pore structure is best.(4) Tri-n-butyl citrate can improve the tensile strength of membranes effectively, and it also significantly improve the pore structure of membranes. When the adding content is1to1.5%, the mechanical strength and the pore structure of membranes will be the best.(5) Adding PVA can effectively adjust the surface smoothness of membrane and prevent the surface shrinkage of membrane, when the adding content is1%the result will be the best.(6) Adding glutaraldehyde can make molecules cause crosslinking reaction and make a stable network structure. After the reaction the water swelling resistance, acid swelling resistance, alkali swelling resistance and thermal swelling resistance of membranes significantly improved. When the adding content is0.22%o the property of membrane is the best.And in order to explore the result of sustained-release in membranes of blending modified, the application of membrane was used in sustained-release system to detergent ingredient. During the experiment, it was found that:First, the result of sustained release is most obvious when the quality adding content of glutaraldehyde is0.22%o which made the SDS dissolution suitable. Second, Adding the n-heptane or tri-n-butyl citrate can improve the dissolution concentration of SDS of membranes. Third, adding the glycerol can effectively improve the anti-acid stability of membranes. Last, adding the PVA can effectively improve the smooth of membranes.Via the way of releasing the commercial laundry ball coated chitosan membrane, and2ways of membrane directly coat scour method, we know that:First, after the chitosan membranes covered the surface of commercial laundry ball, the dissolubility of cleaning ingredient of SDS became more and more suitable which means we can reuse many times with wonderful sustained-release. Second, compared pattern one to pattern two, the SDS dissolubility of pattern two keeps suitable every time and reused time improved when it added more SDS. Third, when the commercial laundry ball was used25times, the pattern one’s SDS accumulated dissolution is about30%and the pattern two’s is about17%. So we can easily find that these two ways can use many times with a better sustained-release property than the commercial laundry ball.
