Study On The Planning And Design Of The Lake Wetland In Sunan Watery Region

Sunan region has a unique culture and customs together with superior geographicalenvironment, which named "Sunan watery region," based on the cultural and mode ofdevelopment. But economic development of "Watery Region" has led to the destruction ofLake Wetland and ecological environment. It brings serious challenge both on culture andeconomic of Sunan region and create a new topic of researching for governmental andnon-governmental organizations on the lake wetland.Taking the current research-based, relevant theoretical principles wetland ecology,biodiversity and wetland environment carrying capacity as the research base, usingliterature research, field research,case studies and other comprehensive analysis techniques,based in Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government Office documents SZBF [2005] No.9,the "Provincial Council on the protection list released lakes in Jiangsu Province notice"published "Jiangsu lake protection list", sorting out the traditional southern region Suzhou,Wuxi, Changzhou City, which encompasses three lakes as research subjects to inspect andresearch.The article focus on current problems and solutions of Sunan main rivers and lakesaround Lake Wetland, discuss not only the equilibrium relationship between protection andconstruction, but also the natural environment and the artificial facilities to conductfeasibility studies and field research as a status quo demonstration basis. Finally, zoningplan Protection zoning and construction zone of Lake Taihu Wetland, architectural designprogram Kuncheng Lake Forest Park, roads planning program and integrated planning ofLake Nanhu in Changshu city will supplied.The purpose is to identify methods of ecological governance through discoveryproblem Lakes wetlands exist, by researching Sunan geographical environment and thehuman environment to zone lake wetland protective zoning and construction planningzones, by studying of elements（wetlands construction、wetland road）to get the basic ideasof wetland construction, methods and precautions,and ultimately protect the wetland ecosystem and reconstruction, and the same time to provide some planning strategies andexperience for sustainable development of Sunan watery region.
