| Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) comes between four-level ERP and two-level Process Control System (PCS) in the iron and steel enterprise information architecture. It manages and guides the whole process from the reach of sales orders to the ship of products in enterprise producing plant, including program management, production management and quality management module etc. Production tracking is an important module of MES. Based on the production process data, it tracks and controls the whole product production process for enterprise overall. The application of production tracking ensures the product quality and product delivery; saves the material and human resources; improves the production efficiency; and achieves production sharing of product information among enterprises.In this thesis, original from a project of domestic iron and steel enterprises implementation and development, based on the MES platform, it designs and implements production tracking module with the enterprise’s production situation, which is application to the enterprise. And it is applied to the actual production. The main content as follows:(1) We study the theory and application of enterprise information. Based on the research of MES and production tracking, we analyses MES implementation route of the domestic steel industry and selects one MES implementation route which is applied to enterprise situation.(2) The implementation of production tracking module is based on the production process data real-time collected. In this thesis, we analyzed the international researches of data collection and designed a data collection program, which is applied to the iron and steel enterprises, in the background of the application’s situation of one-level device control system, two-level system and other relative application system of one enterprise.(3) Production tracking includes order tracking, material tracking and quality tracking. In this paper, according to the actual production and management situation of a steel enterprise, we established a relationship among the three modules and defined the time relationship. Meanwhile, we designed the models, status, events and alphabetic coding identifier of order, materials and samples of materials respectively.(4) We designed and implemented functional module for MES production tracking system, which is applied to the actual production of the iron and steel enterprises with considering the information exchange among production tracking system and other modules of MES. And the production management situation is compared among system applied and post.The practical application of the production tracking module shows that it meets the requirements of enterprise for product tracking, achieves a fine management of materials based on times and enhances the market competitiveness. |
