Since the founding of New China,the domestic sugar technology has formed a more mature production mode after many years of alternative changes.However,compared with that of the advanced foreign sugar enterprises,there is still a significant gap.Especially the research on the information technology of the production process is even fewer.Hence,the design and research of data monitoring system for sugar production process is very necessary and significant.Taking the cane sugar enterprise as the specific object,this subject aims at eliminating the "information silos" and "data silos" of every workshop and process to achieve the online collection and display of all critical process parameters and to complete the real-time transmission of production technology indicators among all positions.Firstly,this paper summarizes the sugar production process,and selects the critical process parameters as the data collection monitoring point according to the characteristics of every process.Secondly,this paper introduces the design,installation and implementation of the system in detail,including the field instruments,the MODBUS communication,the OPC technique application,the data collection based on Kepware software,the OPC Server's construction,the database storage procedures,the application based on CBX development platform and other cases.At last,this paper introduces the operation and use condition of the system,and makes the corresponding data analysis from the aspects of production costs and downsizing for efficiency.According to the analysis,it can be seen that the system plays a positive role in improving the production management such as the data monitoring of production scheduling,the position arrangement and the historical data tracing.
