Quality Evaluation Of Capital Economic Circle On Eco-environment

In recent years, with the accelerating of city urbanization process and gradually development of the city level, the population growth, traffic congestion, shortage of resources, lack of development space and improvement of the ecological environment pressure were appeared in Beijing. Therefore, decentralizing the capital function, and extending to Beijing around formed to Beijing as the center of the "capital economic circle" has greatly important significance. In this paper, the " capital economic circle" areas were included14counties (cities), such as Zhuozhou city, Laishui County, Zhuolu county, Huailai county, Fengning County,Chicheng County,Luanping Conty,Sanhe City,Xianghe County,Dachang County,Guangyang District,Anci District,Gu’an County,Xinglong County.By using the remote sensing image as data sources, the remote sensing image of capital economic circle in2001,2006and2011were processed by remote sensing and geographic information system technology and the relevant theory of environmental science and technology. The land use types, normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), and normalized difference water index (NDWI) were extracted. The biological abundance index, vegetation index, soil moisture index and water network density index of the capital economic circle in2001,2006and2011were obtained on the basis of the above research. The ecological environment quality index was calculated with eco environmental quality evaluation model, then the changes of ecological environment quality of the capital economic circle was analyzed among the10years.The conclusions are as follows:(1) In2001-2011years, the land use types of capital economic circle appeared different degree of change. (2)The four evaluation factors of the research areas and the eco environmental quality index which was calculated based on the above four factors were analyzed in2001,2006and2011, respectively. The ecological environment conditions around the capital economic circle were "good" from2001to2011. The whole ecological environmental quality in2006was worse which compared with2001.Compared to2006and2001, the overall ecological environmental quality in2011was getting better, and the change areas were in substantial agreement.
