Study On The Quality Evaluation Of Agricultural Ecological Environment In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

As the primary industry,agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy and the basis for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realizing modernization.The Yangtze river economic belt covers Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui,Jiangxi,Hunan,Hubei,Chongqing,Sichuan,Guizhou,Yunnan,11 provinces and cities,about one 5 of the total area of the country,the climate is suitable in the Yangtze river basin,many rivers and lakes for agricultural development has brought the good ecological environment,animal husbandry fishery output value reached 40% of the country,a rich agricultural resources,therefore the Yangtze river economic belt is very important position in the development of agricultural production in our country.Agricultural ecological environment quality directly affect the regional agricultural development,affect agricultural modernization,so the maintenance of the Yangtze river economic belt of agricultural ecological environmental quality is of great significance to the agricultural development of our country,in general,the Yangtze river economic belt strength of agricultural ecological environmental quality assessment and environmental restoration work is particularly important.In this paper,with the help of agricultural ecological environmental quality index system of this tool,the Yangtze River Economic Belt of 11 provinces and cities in 2007-2016 to evaluate environmental quality,in order to grasp the Yangtze River Economic Belt decade agricultural ecological environmental quality of the overall situation and the specific situation of the various provinces and cities,know relevant problems existing in the region,and based on this for the Yangtze River Economic Belt of the agricultural ecological environment restoration put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.In analysis and combing the relevant concepts and theory,on the basis of research achievements of other scholars for reference,construct a set of including the ecology resources condition,the degree of pollution and destruction,protection and the agricultural economy development degree,including four dimensions of 14 tertiary indicators of agricultural ecological environmental quality evaluation index system,and select the entropy value method and the variation coefficient method for comprehensive evaluation method and auxiliary analysis method of this article.Using the above methods,the agricultural ecological environment quality status of 11 provinces and cities in this region from 2007 to 2016 was finally evaluated.Through the calculation of information entropy and coefficient of variation,the comprehensive score,ranking result and time sequence diagram of agricultural ecological environment quality evaluation of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2007 to 2016 were finally summarized.Score results and images show that the Yangtze river economic belt of the ecological resources gradually become worse,pollution and destruction degree did not reduce,protection,slow down,the agricultural economy development degree increase year by year,the overall agricultural ecological environmental quality of present a downward trend in the past six years,predict the future will continue to deteriorate,but the Yangtze River Economic Belt of agricultural ecological environmental quality no polarization trend,the overall imbalance will further expand.Based on the above empirical research results,the overall level of agricultural ecological environment quality in the Yangtze river economic belt is not high,the improvement effect is not obvious,the resource utilization is insufficient,the pollution damage is serious,and the protection awareness and strength are insufficient.Therefore the Yangtze River Economic Belt agriculture ecological environment restoration has a long way,to effectively improve the quality of the Yangtze River Economic Belt of agricultural ecological environment,in view of the existing problems,from the overall level of the Yangtze River Economic Zone,put forward to strengthen the construction of the ecological environment of regional agriculture top-level design,give full play to the soft environment,reduce the agricultural natural disaster losses,strengthen environmental protection,improve the rural population quality such as repair the countermeasure and the suggestion,in order to improve the Yangtze River Economic Belt of agricultural ecological environment.The innovation of this article is that the existing on the Yangtze River Economic Belt of the overall agricultural ecological environment evaluation and put forward countermeasures for repair of research literature is less,this paper,by using entropy value method of 11 provinces and cities from 2007 to 2016,the Yangtze River Economic Belt of agricultural ecological environmental quality assessment,year by year in combination with the variation coefficient method,not only can be the various provinces and cities of agricultural ecological environmental quality at the same time point horizontal contrast,can also realize its agricultural ecological environmental quality in the time series of the longitudinal comparison,present situation and trend analysis,and combining the existing environmental problems put forward the targeted countermeasures of agricultural ecological environment restoration.
