UV-curable PA is a kind of environmentally friendly material which has important significance in the development of chemical industry, the protection of environment and the saving of energy. For this reason, PA has received much attention. In this study, we prepared three kinds of environmentally friendly PA:UV-curable water-based silicone modified PA, UV-curable bio-based PA, as well as UV-curable water-based fluorine modified PA.In this study, we use crosslinking modification and doping modification to improve the water resistance and mechanical property of PA materials. In the first part of the study, the KH-570was used to modify the water-based PA. The functionalized silica was combined with WPU by chemical bonds and existed as effective cross-link points to form composites after irradiated by ultraviolet. Because of the existence of organosilicone, the compatibility of PA with organosilicone was improved obviously. The existence of functionalized organosilicone improved thermo-stability, hardness, and water resistance of composite films effectively and the composite films possessed good transparency.Bio-based material has attracted attentions of researchers. In the second part of the study, the PA monomer (GMA) was modified by the IA. And then, the IA-GMA resin was crosslinked by irradiated by ultraviolet. The test results show that the IA-GMA material has good mechanical properties and water resistance.Because of the hydrophobicity of fluorine groups, we prepared the waterborne PA with to fluorine groups promote the hydrolytic resistance of this kind of PA. In the third part of the study, the UV-curable PA aqueous dispersion was modified by fluorine groups. After irradiated by ultraviolet, the composite film possesses excellent transparency, good thermo-stability and hydrophobicity. Otherwise, the water resistances of the films were improved effectively.On the base of all above mentioned new types of environmentally friendly PA composites with good properties. Because of the environmental performance, the PA composites can be used wildly in the future.
