With the improvement of people’s living standards and quality, the pursuit of comfort,luxury, health and nature has become a new fashion. The pursuit of diverse and functionalfabrics brings many opportunities for differential PET fiber on fabric development. Thedevelopment of differential PET fiber improves properties of PET fiber, develops newproducts and further expands the application.This paper collects PET section shrinkage filaments, SPH filaments,(DTY+POY)PET composite filaments as main material and to study their morphology and properties.According to the properties of filaments, three kinds of fabric are designed and areprocessed by scouring, alkali deweighting and dyeing etc. Through orthogonal experimentto explore the effect of processing condition on treatment effect of fabric, and analyze thecharacteristics of appearance and wearing properties of product. Something is revealedafter a series of tests:The cross section of PET section shrinkage fiber is approximately circular andlongitudinal surface is smooth. Shrinkage and tensile difference is obvious in differentpartitions. It has large total shrinkage, small elasticity and good elastic recovery. Designedfabric with PTT filament as warp and PET section shrinkage filament as weft is to provideboth a shape-memory function and a special appearance of transverse sections shrink.Choose orthogonal experiment to optimize the refining and alkali-decrement processingcondition and get the optimization of refining process: the concentration of scouring agent3g/L, temperature90℃, reaction time40min, soda ash1g/L, sodium silicate0.3g/L, bathratio1:50and the optimization of alkali deweighting process:surfactant0.5g/L, theconcentration of NaOH15g/L, temperature95℃, reaction time20min, bath ratio1:50.Adopt the optimized scouring processing condition, optimized alkali deweightingprocessing condition, dyeing, soft handle to process designed fabric. The shape memoryperformance of obtained finished fabric is improved. There is a special appearance oftransverse sections shrink. Flat and smooth surface, comfortable feel, good filling powerand be difficult to happen shear deformation of the fabric is achieved. The cross section of SPH fiber is dumbbell shape and longitudinal surface has groove.The strength of the yarn is lower than those of conventional polyester filament. There ismoderate breaking elongation, big breaking elongation CV value, small boiling watershrinkage good elastic resilience and fatigue resistance. Designed fabric with thedouble-sided organization,use medium and high twist SPH filaments as warp and weft. Stwist and Z twist filaments are arranged at small intervals. Thus to make the fabric bothachieve " four-direction elasticity", but also has a different effect on both sides, namely thefront crepe effect of the fabric is relatively uniform and the reverse of the fabric is flat,smooth satin effect. Choose orthogonal experiment to optimize the refining processingcondition and get the optimization of refining process: the concentration of scouring agent3g/L, temperature100℃, reaction time50min, soda ash1g/L, sodium silicate0.3g/L, bathratio1:50. Adopt the optimized scouring processing condition, dyeing to process designedfabric. There is obvious different appearance of the front and reverse of fabric. The frontcrepe effect of the fabric is relatively uniform and the reverse of the fabric is flat, smooth.There is soft hand, good filling power, elasticity and tensile resilience.The breaking strength and breaking elongation of (DTY+POY) PET compositefilaments is good and breaking elongation CV value is big. There is small elasticelongation and great elastic resilience. Various shades of colour is showed after dyeing so(DTY+POY) PET composite filaments have very strong color mixing effect. Design thefabric with the double weave, use PET composite filaments and PET high stretch yarns asthe two systems of warp and weft. S twist and Z twist filaments are arranged at1:1interval.Thus to make the cloth has concave-convex satin effect with uniform snowflake and goodelasticity. Choose orthogonal experiment to optimize the refining processing condition andget the optimization of refining process: the concentration of scouring agent3g/L,temperature90℃, reaction time60min, soda ash1g/L, sodium silicate0.3g/L, bath ratio1:50.Adopt the optimized scouring processing condition, dyeing to process designed fabric.There is concave-convex satin effect with uniform snowflake on the front of the finishedfabric. The reverse of the fabric is flat, smooth with uniform color. There is soft hand, goodfilling power and tensile resilience. It is difficult to generate shear deformation.
