With the development of China’s economy and science and technology,the r&d level of China’s oil mill equipment is close to the international level,but there is still a gap in the appearance of products.In the development of products,the designers of the food machinery industry only consider meeting the functional requirements,ignoring the attention to the aesthetic aesthetic and human-computer relations.Food machinery should have a good development,in the product development,must have the ideas and methods of industrial design included,not only meet the demand of mechanical itself function,and overall promote the appreciation and usability of the product,rapidly improve product market core competitiveness,make it a successful product.This paper mainly divided into two parts:the first part is designed according to the key parts,operation interface and working environment of the twin-screw oil mill.The second part is based on sample design,summarizes the relevant semantic word design basic elements,and its application and double screw oil press,finishing oil mill design and verify the product semantics words can represent the model elements.Firstly,the paper illustrates the research background and significance,and gives an overview of human-computer engineering,illustrating the research situation and method content of ergonomics at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the user interview method and user behavior analysis method,the man-machine requirements of yzyx-20 × 2 screw oil press were analyzed,and the human and machine requirements were summarized as follows:the improvement of the cage structure and the optimization of the size;Operation panel optimization;Reduce machine noise;Structure and handle improvement of the pie structure;The appearance of products and the improvement of color matching;Pay attention to machine maintenance and so on.Through ergonomics,moreover,the man-machine design,in terms of man-machine,using the human body size data of the pressed cage assemblies fasteners to determine location,add a pin is at each end and in the press cage components,convenient operators disassembling press cage;In order to improve the pie mechanism of the machine,to add two meshing cylindrical gears,two adjusting screw synchronous rotation are realized.The operation panel of the machine is designed with man-machine design,and the design of the display device and the control device is designed by combining the operation panel design principle with the determination of the effective visual area and the best visual area.To man-environment design,in person and sound environment for the press cage part increase outside the shield,and analyze the market both at home and abroad shield observation door switch mode,this thesis design oil press is suitable for the conclusion of double fold door open;In the human and light environment,it is convenient to remove the cage and install an embedded lighting device in the left and right wallboard of the cage to optimize the working environment of the operator.Finally,this paper through the golden section method for product design,modelling on the basis of the overall size determines the length,the total length of the fuselage,pressing cage moment box and the total length of main motor,points of rectangular box and torque box;And by verification,this size meets mechanical design requirements.Using the method of product semantics,through questionnaire to select out the five hope this thesis design the oil press of modelling form semantic vocabulary,respectively for the "whole","stable","lively" "intelligence" and "clean",and select six typical samples,sample,for example,to analyze its design basic elements.Likert scale method was applied to grade samples,by analyzing the mean of each sample modelling the relationship between the elements and the semantic word,summed up the semantic vocabulary related modelling,colour and material,and its application to design products in this paper,through the evaluation to determine product corresponding semantic words can represent the model elements.
