Sewage treatmentplant, built in the early mainly includes: pretreatment, anaerobicprocessing part (UASB), aerobic treatment (H/O), precipitationand air part, main waste categories: high concentration wastewaterevaporation of condensate,starch (containing starch wastewater and domestic sewage), scale3600m3/d design of wastewater treatment,drainageindex basically stable at CODcr140-145mg/L, SS60-80mg/L,pH7.2-7.5, meet the “integrated wastewater discharge standard”(GB8978-1996)in the two standards limit.But the company is limited to the construction conditions andtechnical level of the sewage treatment device, the operation stabilityand anti impact ability is poor, the occasional drainage indexfluctuations, coupled with rising capacity pressures and increasinglystrict emission standards, the sewage treatment device technologyimperative.In order to make the quality of sewage after treatment can besustained, stableto "integrated wastewater discharge standard"(GB8978-1996) requirement slevel indicators, improve the receivingwaters and the ecological environment of the region, the companyin the shortened process, reduce treatment structures, saveinvestment, reduce the cost, personnel, for the convenience ofmanagement the upgrading of the sewage treatment equipment.Transformation mainly include: adjust the water distribution mode,theevaporation condensation and high concentration wastewaterliquid mixed into the anaerobic device, to dilute wastewaterphosphorus, magnesium and ammonia, destroy the formation conditionsof crystallization of magnesium ammonium phosphate reactor, avoid crystallization in the body; the new IChigh efficiencyanaerobic apparatus, the replacement process the load is low,seriouscorrosion of three-phase separator, winter insulation performancedifference, basically lose UASB anaerobic device processingfunction, the anaerobic effluent gas and the nearest incorporatedinto subsequent aerobic treatment system and gas system; increasethe radial flow sedimentationdevice, make up the primary aerobicSedimentation tank with small volume, low processing ability, it isdifficult to adaptto the defects of existing quantity in addition, inorderto achieve the purpose of running status of sludge andaerobicsystem, optimizing reflux.For the best operation state so that the sewage treatment facilitiesafter transformation in safe, stable, save manpower, chemicals andenergy, sewage treatment equipment appropriate to improve themechanization andautomation equipment. After the upgrading,long-term stable operation of the system, years to cut down the totalCODcr75t, drainage index to achieve fundamental upgrade across,with the implementation of the project and water resource recyclingutilization rate has laid a solid foundation for the followingfurtherimprove water recycling, to achieve the economic benefits andenvironmental benefits and win-win.Based on the technological process, production status of sewage and sewage treatment plant operation analysis of Huanglong companyproduction, a clear focus on upgrading the sewage treatment device,and through the programafter the implementation of operationanalysis and evaluation of the situation and energy-saving emissionreduction benefits, the feasibility of the proposedprojectimplementation, the conclusion and future management.
