With the continuous development of cathodic protection research, cathodic protectionas an important way to prevent metal corrosion is attracting more and more people’sattention. With the development of human civilization, the corrosion problems caused theharmful aspects of the metal in the development of great distress, mainly in the followingareas,are causing huge losses in economic terms, in terms of equipment damage accidents,resulting in energy wasted metal resources. Therefore, a simple shape metals in seawatercorrosion protection, cathodic protection research has an important significance.In the process of cathodic protection studies, many scholars at home and abroad onthe cathodic protection issues raised two main ways, namely impressed current cathodicprotection and so on. Electrochemical test methods based on the consideration, we usecathodic protection which applied to the excitation voltage to the electrode polarizationstudied to complete the simple shapes seawater corrosion aspects of cathodic protection.In this paper, the finite element analysis software ANSYS simulate analysis of thecorrosion of metals in sea water, the electric field from the perspective of the analysis, theproportion of simulated experiments with metal distribution potential in the cathodicprotection system. Described in using the MATLAB test drawing three-dimensionalsteady-state polarization potential map, and steady-state potential ANSYS simulationresults are analyzed and verified map. There are three-dimensional coordinate values,respectively, the length of the test device, the width value and the potential value.Three-dimensional map can be visually compared with the potential at different excitationvoltage potential diagram of the overall trend. Metal in seawater cathodic protectionsystem polarization process, STC series single-chip hardware to the next bit machine,potential signal MATLAB GUI for the PC, will be collected through the serial port to sendthe completed data acquisition, real-time display to realize the potential acquisition of thecurve, thus further drawn metal polarization potential.In this paper, the study of metal in the cathodic protection, on the one hand, through the simulation and optimization of the cathodic protection system, on the other hand, thereal-time display of data completed pilot testing of intelligence.
