Study Of The Xiaoqing River Water Quality Change Of Licheng And Its Impact On The Health Of Residents

Xiaoqing River is a river belongs to Ji’nan, Shandong province. The total length is240km and the basin area is11000square kilometers. In this paper, we analyzed the changes of water quality, city’s pollution condition and administration as well as the residents along Xiaoqing River. Sequentially further clarified the correlation of the water pollution and govermance of the river and the living of residents.This paper mainly analyzes the chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen, permanganate index, total phosphorus, dissolved oxygen and other projects in the major cross section of Xiaoqing river during2010-2013monitoring results.Through analyzed the changes of water quality, city’s pollution condition and administration as well as the residents along Xiaoqing River. We further clarified the correlation of the water pollution and govermance of the river and the living of residents. From the analysis we can see that, as a whole the pollutant concentration was decreased in the past4years, with the annual dry season pollutant concentrations than normal water period and high water period higher.Effect of water pollution to the residents living environment:odor. Groundwater: surface water is polluted, the infiltration of surface water will affect the groudwater quality,affecting residents living. Landscape:the Xiaoqing River is polluted, seriously affect the surrounding landscape. Flora:the Xiaoqing River water pollution, will inevitably affect the survival environment of animals and plants, all kinds of near the Bank of the river plants also have certain effect.Impact on the lives of the residents of pollution:odor:after governance, the stench is obviously improved. Groundwater:after the Xiaoqing River water quality improvement, the influence of the groundwater will be eased. Landscape:Xiaoqing River governance, the surrounding landscape has been improved a lot, the Xiaoqing River coast gradually into the surrounding residents leisure and entertainment. Xiaoqing River surrounding neighborhoods have significant growth. Flora:the Xiaoqing River water quality improvement, various small aquatic Qing Hanoi plant and animal survival environment improved, the near the Bank of the River plant dynamic adverse effects are less.Through the investigation on the near residential areas and residents health questionnaire, we can see that the Xiaoqing River governance impact on the health of residents is more prominent, obvious treating effect.
