Study On Preparation Procedure, Quality Standard And Pharmacodynamics Of Fufang Yangchangtong Migao

Content determination of polysaccharide from Fufang Yangchangtong, regurgitant extraction technology of Fufang Yangchangtong, pharmacodynamics and quality standard of Fufang Yangchangtong were studied. This research established base for clinical application, industrial production quality control of Fufang Yangchangtong. The main studies and results in the paper mentioned as follows:Established the method of content determination of polysaccharide from Fufang Yangchangtong by anthrone-vitriol method.Established regurgitant extraction technology of Fufang Yangchangtong by orthogonal experiment and scored complex indexes. The following optimum parameters of extraction technology were obtained: extracting three times and each time for 0.5 hour, ration of mixed solvent were: 1:10,1:5 and 1:5.700 mL of concentrated volume of 10 doses Fufang Yangchangtong extract was determined, and the needed quantity refined honey is as much volume as concentrated solution of Fufang Yangchangtong.Studied the effect of Fufang Yangchangtong on defecation and creeping of bowel in mice with restraining creeping of bowel and fluid-consuming constipation. The experimental results indicated that Fufang Yangchangtong possesses function of loosening bowel to relieve constipation through capacity of faeces, water content and promoting creeping of bowel.Studied the effect of polysaccharides from Semen Plantaginis on defecation and creeping of bowel in mice with restraining creeping of bowel and fluid-consuming constipation. The experimental results indicated that polysaccharides from Semen Plantaginis possesses the effect of defaecation. Through comparing the effect of Fufang Yangchangtong and polysaccharides from Semen Plantaginis on defaecation, we concluded that Fufang Yangchangtong charactered its defacation function through synergistic action of each Chinese crude drug in complex prescription.Established the quality standard of Fufang Yangchangtong Migao by detecting Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Radix Angelicae Sinensis in Fufang Yangchangtong Migao and determining contents ofcatalpol and ferulaic acid in Fufang Yangchangtong Migao.
