With the energy crisis and the environmental pollution becoming more extrusive,va-rious counties in the earth begin to pay attention to distributed generation(DG).DG use clean energ to generate electricity,but its generate output is little.So people always install DG as the complement of distribution network next to consumer.But if lots of DGs is connected to distribution network,this will influence the loss and power distribution reliability of distribution system, network reconfiguration of distribution system with DGs can solve that problem.And it’s very significance to the development of DGs and distribution system.So this paper base on the studying of many documents at home and abroad to research the network reconfiguration of distribution system with DGs,and then do much work as follow:Firstly, study how the DGs influence the distribution network,which include distribution network loss,power quality,relay protection and so on.Selective analysis how the DGs affect the loss of distribution network,according to the capacity of DGs to the distribution system and the location of DGs in the distribution system.Secondly, research what is the model of DGs connected in distribution network,and how to deal with the model in the back/forward sweep power flow calculation method of distribution network.In addition,this paper will use refined plant growth simulation algorithm to get the optimal solution of distribution network reconfiguration,so it will shape a loop in the distribution network,and this paper provide the method to looping off of the loop when calculate the power flow of distribution network.Thirdly, make sure of the objective function of distribution network reconfiguration, establish the model which make loss of distribution network minimize of distribution network reconfiguration with DGs.Then use refined plant growth simulation algorithm to get the optimal solution of distribution network reconfiguration,in this process,use probability-change rule to seek optimal solution,and apply heuristic method to get new growth point,if so the calculated amount will be reduced hardly.And the convergence rat of the algorithm will also be speeded.Finally, this paper use IEEE33buses system to confirm the feasibility of refined plant growth simulation algorithm.And then analysis the influence of various capacities of DGs and different locations of DGs in distribution network to distribution network reconfiguration deeply.
