Frequency is an important index of operation and control for Generators and Electrical Network, so enhancing the technique of frequency control is important for research on control strategy of coordinating generators with Electrical Network.In recent years, high frequency faults of isolated power grid occurred in many places, which seriously affected the stability and reliability of electric power system.The primary content of this paper is research on control strategy of high frequency phenomenon in an isolated power grid. Firstly, this paper studied the theory of primary frequency regulation. Secondly, An operation and control simulation platform for isolated power grid are set up, the simulation is based on the detailed models of the boiler, turbine, Coordinated Control System, Digital Electric-hydraulic Control system, Overspeed Protection Controller and so on. By means of simulation, the accuracy of this platform is verified and the cause leading to high frequency of the isolated power grid is proposed. At last, the control strategy for high frequency of isolated power grid based on wide area measurement data is proposed. |
