The Optimization And Implementation Of Urban Heating-supply Network In Fushun

We do some researches on Fushun’s urban heating supply about the optimization of the pipe network structure according to the current problems about urban heating supply in North China, such as energy waste, environmental pollution, supply and demand imbalance, improper management and so on. It is a complex system engineering to carry out central heating, not only because of the difficulty on achieving the optimum design and implemetation, but also because of the problems on benefits distribution among different investors, the risk management and control for heating network operation.In this paper, we analyse the current situation and problems in Fushun on heating source and supply network. The heating supply zone is divided into three parts by analysing the urban developing direction and heating-supply trend, meanwhile, co-generation of heat and power is put forward. Considering that the two downtown heating sources are of the same investment, the optimization scheme of urban heating supply system is put forward by analysing the necessity and feasibility of the connection between different heating sources and networks, making use of the scale advantage of heat and electricity combination, changing the regional or dispersion heating-supply into large range central heating supply to improve the efficiency of heating-supply and the energy.The innovations of following three aspects have came true by the analysis of the optimization of urban heating-supply network. Firstly, it will improve the safety, stability, reliability, environmental protection of urban heating-supply. Secondly, it will realize the interconnect and interoperability with each other among different heating sources in the same city. Thirdly, it carry out the innovation of technolog and management using the running technology of mother control which complete the changing of diameter, acrossing the river and bridge.The optimization and implementation of urban heating-supply network are based on same investment entity, the central heating supply zone of the same city, and with certain scale central heating. It’s difficult to realize the optimization and implementation of urban heating-supply network, for the difficulties in the win-win cooperation among different investments, the intergration of the heating sources, the rebuilding of heating network and the funds raising.
