Technical And Economic Comparison Of Urban Central Heating Schemes In Hot Summer And Cold Winter Areas

At present,there are still many cities or regions do not implement central heating due to environmental,economic,winter cycle is short and other reasons;But these regions,such as nanjing in winter the temperature of the lowest also can achieve around-10 ?,regardless of its residential area or large public places has certain heating demand,so need to research the central heating in the area of technical and economical efficiency.The introduction of this paper gives the definition of urban central heating,introduces the composition and characteristics of central heating,and the future development trend in the future.This paper introduces the different selctions of foreign countries for their own heating methods,and the start and development of China's central heating industry,showing the most obvious advantages of combined heat and power generation,namely energy saving,environmental protection and stability.In this paper,it discusses some basic theories of heat supply reform in thermal power plants,including the principle of power generation and heat supply of different types of units,and the meaning,mode,technical economy of heat supply reform,etc.Taking Nanjing as a typical example of hot summer and cold winter climate,it investigates representative urban central heating projects in China to understand their heating operation mode;collects characteristic heating users to sort out their heating parameter requirements;then,uses SWOT method to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges of central heating in this type of area.It aims to study the development mode and future direction of central heating in hot summer and cold winter areas,starting from the heat supply renovation of two units in Nanjing China Resources Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.Next,it focuses on the whole reform progress of the two units mentioned before.It gives a brief overview of the project itself,discusses the necessity of reconstruction,introduces the origin of reconstruction scheme,and lists out the specific reconstruction contents.The safety and economy of this reconstruction are analyzed in detail.By comparing the economic indexes before and after the unit heating reform and the operating conditions of the heating enterprise of the company,the success of the renovation is fully demonstrated.From this,more experience has been gained,a bigger heating market has been developed,and a better mode of CCHP(short for Combined Cooling,Heating and Power)system has been found.
