Study On Mechanical Properties And Reinforcement Technology Of Shear Wall With Opening

Reinforced concrete shear wall structure with good stiffness and seismic performance, so it is widely used in high-rise buildings. In the reconstruction project of shear wall, in order to meet the requirements of the use function, it usually need to open a new hole in shear wall. Open hole will greatly reduce the shear capacity of the shear wall, it is very necessary to adopt appropriate reinforcement method to reinforce it. In this paper, shear wall with opening is reinforced by bonding steel plate.The main contents of this paper include:1.Finite element models of shear wall with opening is established. Shear wall with opening is reinforced by bonding steel plat, and finite element models of shear wall with opening after reinforcement is established. Shear wall with opening’s static performance test of Wuhan University of Technology is quoted, through the comparision of calculating results of finite element method in this paper and the test result, the reliability of the finite element model in this paper is verified.2. Static performance of shear wall with opening before and after reinforcement is studied. The cracks and stress distribution of them under the same loads is obtained. Crack load, yield load, load-displacement curve and load-equivalent stress curve of them are obtained, and the comparative analyzed of them is carried out.3. Modal analysis of shear wall with opening before and after reinforcement is studied. The first8order frequency and vibration mode of models are obtained, and the comparative analyzed of them is carried out.4. Schedule response analysis of shear wall with opening before and after reinforcement under the action of three earthquake waves is studied. Each node’s displacement, acceleration and equivalent stress schedule curve are obtained, and the comparative analyzed of them is carried out.
