With the deepening reform of wall material in China, the quantity demand ofautoclaved fly ash-lime brick which can displace solid clay brick is more and more big.Meanwhile, the quality require for autoclaved fly ash-lime brick is higher and higher.Important factors affecting the quality of bricks are the compactness and uniformity ofpowder goods’ homogenous distribution. The uneven distribution of powder goods willlead to the increased cost of generation because of all kinds of quality problems. At thesame time, the press’s service life will be shortened because of uneven distribution ofpowder goods when the brick is pressed. It can also causes major source of hidden danger.Homogenous distribution of powder goods ensures the high quality of the brick. So it is ofgreat significance to study the powder goods’ homogenous distribution.The study of the paper is on the background of the powder goods’ homogenousdistribution of KDQ1300automatic hydraulic press for brick. It takes the ComputationalFluid Dynamics as a tool to calculate the powder’s flow in the mixer. Calculating the gasand solid two-phase flow based on the Mixture Model, Moving Mesh Model and DynamicGrid Technology and comparing the data of simulation with the experimental data. In thepaper, according to use the powder flow’s law to optimize agitator’s machine construction.In order to get the purpose of powder goods’ homogenous distribution, we keep theagitating shaft’s positive inversion and calculate the time of positive inversion.The results of the study show that the uneven distribution of pressure is thefundamental cause of uneven distribution of powder goods; agitator’s angle keeps125°can get the purpose of relative even distribution of powder goods; let the agitator keeppositive inversion based on cycle period can reach the purpose of efficient evendistribution of powder goods. As the input signals, the agitating shaft speed and time ofpositive inversion are input into the servo control system. The agitator shaft speed andfrequent commutation can be achieved by using the servo control system. At the sametime, the purpose of efficient even distribution of powder goods can be realized.The numerical simulation of gas and solid two-phase flow in this paper reveals therule of powder’s flow witch lays the foundation for the homogenous distribution of powder. It has very practical significance and applications.
